Formats may be sent via CD, data DVD, or the Web
Other formats may be accepted if possible (DVD, etc), but additional conversion time will be needed
Aspect Ratio: 4:3 preferred; 16:9 acceptable
Video Size: At least 480x360 (in 4:3) - video width can be no smaller than 500 pixels.
Bit Rate: At least an average of 400 kbps
Audio: At least 22050 Hz / 16bit Mono
Along with the video, a 2 - 3 word title and 10 - 12 word description of the video should be included. A link to your website (or specific page) should also be available.
